Joanne Goshow-Harris, D.O., is a partner at All About Women, PA in Newark, DE. She is a graduate of Ursinus College and attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Goshow-Harris completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology from Christiana Care Health Services in 1995. She became board certified in 1997. Dr. Goshow-Harris is a member of the North American Menopause Society and is a Certified Menopause Practitioner.

Dina Anderson, MSN, APRN, CMP
Nurse Practitioner
Dina Anderson, MSN, APRN, CMP, (Nurse Practitioner) has worked as a Women’s Healthcare nurse practitioner at All About Women, PA since 2000. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Delaware in 1988. Dina attended the University of Pennsylvania and earned her Master of Science degree from the Healthcare of Women nurse practitioner program in 1998. She has been certified by NCC since 1998. Dina is a member of the North American Menopause Society and is a Certified Menopause Practitioner.

Dr. Mark Harris
Physician
Mark Harris, D.O., completed his Family Medicine Residency at Medical Center of Delaware and is Board Certified in Family Medicine. He is a native of Hagerstown, MD with an undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College. Dr. Harris is also a doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Katherine M. Haigh, PhD, APRN, NP-C
Nurse Practitioner
Katherine M. Haigh, PhD, APRN, NP-C,is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of experience. She earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Delaware, specializing in family practice, and went on to complete her PhD in Nursing Science at the University of Delaware. Certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners since 2007, Katherine combines advanced clinical expertise with a personalized, evidence-based approach to care. She is passionate about helping patients improve their health and quality of life through bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and integrative health solutions. Katherine also continues to advance women’s health through ongoing research, with a focus on vascular changes mediated by menopause.
