New patients: what to have ready.
Before your first treatment we will ask for a few things, because we want to be sure you are healthy before introducing anything new to your body:
- A current mammogram (within one year; required annually during hormone therapy)
- A Pap smear (within two to three years, for most patients)
- Labwork: let us know whether you use LabCorp, Quest, or Christiana Care Hospital, and tell us about any recent labs to avoid duplication
Download the New Patient Packet and fill out the two forms. You can email them to BHRT@bioidenticaloptions.com or simply bring them with you at the time of your visit.
